recipe, unchanged in any way that matters for fifty years. It&amp;rsquo;s on this
scoreboard for a simple reason: a fully-clad stainless pan has &lt;strong&gt;no
consumable layer&lt;/strong&gt;. No polymer coating to scratch, no seasoning to strip, no
enamel to chip.
